Refosco dal peduncolo rosso IGT Veneto

A noble vine variety that has been present in our area since the Roman times and which can thus be considered truly autochthonous. After crushing the maceration phase extends for 5-6 days. Once fermentation has finished the wine is placed in steel tanks for refining until the moment for bottling.
Organoleptic characteristics
Colour: bright ruby red with clear hints of violet.
Aroma: fruity with marked traces of blackberry and blackcurrant.
Taste: full-bodied and smooth. Harmonious for the elegant softness of the tannins.
Ideal to serve with
Savoury first courses, fish dishes with sauces, white and red meats, medium-mature cheeses, dried salted cod, cuttle-fish and fish stews.
Alcoholic strength: 12% Vol.
Serving temperature: 16-18° C
