Prosecco DOC Extra Dry

Prince of Veneto wines, Prosecco is now one of the most appreciated Italian sparkling wines all over the world, synonymous with joy and youth, fun and joie de vivre.
The grapes are harvested early in order to preserve the freshness of the perfume and the pleasantness of the taste. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature around 17° C.
The second fermentation takes place in large containers with the Charmat method and lasts for over 30 days.
Organoleptic characteristics
Colour: the chromatic tone is pale straw yellow; the perlage is very fine, continuous and persistent.
Aroma: delicate and intense, it recalls white flowers with fruity notes of green apple.
Taste: on the palate the foam melts with elegance, leaving room for a pleasant sensation of freshness that closes in softness for the right level of amiability.
Ideal to serve with
Prosecco "La Baratta" is excellent on every occasion. Excellent aperitif wine, it goes well with fish dishes, delicate first courses and medium-aged cheeses.
