This vine variety is widespread in the eastern part of Veneto and much loved for its characteristic grassy aroma. The crushed grapes are kept in contact with the seeds and skins for 6-8 days to obtain a dark red colour. Refining, including malo-lactic fermentation, takes place in steel tanks.

Organoleptic characteristics

Colour: bright ruby red.
Aroma: intense, inviting and vinous, with pleasant traces of violet and ripe red fruit.
Taste: dry, harmonious and with a well-balanced tannin content.

Ideal to serve with

Practically all dishes, in particular, first courses with sauces, roasts, boiled meat dishes, cold meats and cheeses.

Alcoholic strength: 12% Vol.
Serving temperature: 16-18° C
