Obtained from Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes, it is produced with the technique of carbonic maceration. The bunches still whole are placed in sealed tanks in which fermentation begins spontaneously inside the berry, endowing this wine with a typical aroma and softness.

Organoleptic characteristics

Colour: bright ruby red with purple shades.
Aroma: marked traces of cherry and small red berries.
Taste: good body, pleasant on the palate for its freshness and extraordinary softness.

Ideal to serve with

Specialities of autumn cooking such as barley soups, pumpkin risotto, dishes with mushrooms and meat dishes with truffle.
