Lison DOCG

The Lison is one of the vine varieties that most expresses its territoriality, in fact it has been cultivated in this area for many centuries. The grapes must be harvested when fully ripened; after crushing a brief period of maceration helps to bring out the best of the typical characteristics. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
