This vine variety has been widespread both in the Venetian and the Trevisan areas since ancient times and is at its best in argillaceous barren terrain as in this district. It is made into white wine to accentuate its delicate and refreshing qualities. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures between 18-19° C. Refining takes place in steel tanks.

Organoleptic characteristics

Colour: straw-yellow.
Aroma: fragrant with pleasant traces of apricot.
Taste: light-bodied with a pleasant taste, slightly soft on the palate but refreshing and lively.

Ideal to serve with

Risottos, dishes prepared with eggs, cold meats and cheeses. Perfect as an aperitif.

Alcoholic strength: 12% Vol.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C
