Pinot Grigio DOC Venezia

The name of this prized vine variety derives from the characteristic copper colour that the grape-bunch takes on when ripening. Made into white wine, it develops personality and a remarkable full-bodiedness. After cold settling the must ferments at a temperature of 18-19° C. The wine is then placed in steel tanks for refining.
